I read about the Equal Pay Act being the first one Obama signed. How do you substantiate equal work? Every job I’ve ever had, I’ve work in a group where, nominally several people had the same job description, yet there was a wide range in how much each contributed to the output of the group or the company’s goals. I’m willing to bet that in a group of 30 to 200 people no two individuals contributions were equal in quantity or quality. Nice idea, just a pipedream.
